Karen M. Nystrom, M.S., CCC-SLP
Education & Experience
Ms. Nystrom is a NeuroDevelopment Learning Clinic Instructor and also has expertise as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, her Nursing degree from George Brown College and her Master’s in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of New Mexico. For the past 10 years, Ms. Nystrom has provided speech, language, and literacy therapies at the Children’s Speech and Reading Center here in Fort Collins. She has extensive experience administering reading/literacy evaluations and working with children who have developmental delays and learning difficulties.
Ms. Nystrom lives in Fort Collins. In her spare time she volunteers in a variety of areas including fund-raising for West Africa.
